Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of GridStack(the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), available via the Telegram bot @gridstackrobot and the website https://getgridstack.ru. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

GridStack is a Telegram bot providing access to various AI models (GPT-5, Gemini 3, Grok 4, etc.) for generating text responses and images. The Service allows you to:

  • Interact with AI models via text, voice, and photo messages.
  • Generate images from text descriptions.
  • Choose from multiple AI models.
  • Manage subscriptions and balance via Telegram Stars.

2. Registration and Account

  • A Telegram account is required to use the Service. Registration happens automatically upon your first interaction with the bot.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • Each user may only have one account on the Service.

3. Free Access and Paid Services

3.1. Free Tier

Every user receives daily free limits for text requests and image generation. Limits reset every day.

3.2. Subscription

A paid subscription provides extended limits, priority processing, and access to additional features. Pricing and subscription terms are listed on the pricing page.

3.3. Limit Packages

You can purchase additional limits without a subscription. Purchased limits never expire.

3.4. Payment

  • Payments are made via Telegram Stars — Telegram's internal currency.
  • All transactions are processed by the Telegram platform in accordance with its terms.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Telegram's refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Use the Service to create content that violates applicable laws, including pornographic, extremist, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to circumvent Service restrictions, including limits, security systems, and content filters.
  • Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free limits.
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) for mass requests without prior agreement.
  • Resell access to the Service or its outputs to third parties without our consent.
  • Send requests designed to extract confidential information or manipulate AI models (jailbreak attacks).

5. Intellectual Property

  • The GridStack Service, its design, code, and trademarks are the property of the Service administration.
  • Content generated by AI models based on your requests may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to restrictions set by AI model providers (OpenAI, Google, xAI, etc.).
  • You retain rights to original materials (texts, images) that you send to the bot.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or compliance with your expectations.
  • AI model responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.
  • We are not responsible for the content of user requests or generated responses.
  • The Service's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 24/7 availability of the Service but do not guarantee it.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance.
  • AI model availability depends on their providers and may change without prior notice.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Restrict or block access for users who violate these Terms.
  • Delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months.
  • Discontinue the Service with prior notice to users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
